FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are delivered directly to your Ticketmaster account and can be accessed through the Ticketmaster app or website.
Tickets purchased through the Cincinnati Music Festival office are available as hard copy tickets and may either be mailed to you or picked up at Will Call, depending on your purchase method and timing.
If you would like to purchase tickets in person, our office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET and is located at:

For tickets purchased through the Cincinnati Music Festival office, hard copy tickets are typically delivered without issue. However, mail delivery times can occasionally vary. If you have not received your tickets within a few weeks of placing your order, please contact our office. Our team will be happy to assist you and help arrange replacement tickets if necessary.
While some third-party resellers may market tickets as multi-day packages, Cincinnati Music Festival and Ticketmaster do not offer official ticket packages that include multiple festival days.
Tickets are sold separately for each day of the festival. If you plan to attend multiple days, you will need to purchase a ticket for each day you wish to attend.
If available, you may purchase seats in the same location for multiple nights, allowing you to enjoy a consistent viewing experience throughout the festival weekend.
