Tickets purchased thru Santangelo Group Inc

If you purchased through SGI by calling 513-924-0900 and your receipt says "Santangelo Group Inc"... You have 2 options...

1. KEEP TICKETS FOR 2021 - If you'd like to hold on to your tickets for 2021 that's GREAT! This way you won't need to re-purchase and can secure your seat locations. We ask that you send your tickets back to us so we can print new tickets with the appropriate dates for you. Please include your name, address, and phone number along with your tickets.

2. FULL REFUND - Please MAIL your tickets back to us. Once we receive them, we will be able to process your full refund and will send you an email receipt. Please include your name, address, and phone number along with your tickets. We will reach out to you to let you know your tickets have been received. 

***TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY JULY 24th, 2020 IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A REFUND.

Tickets purchased thru Ticketmaster

If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, you have 2 options and should have received an email from them with instructions.

 

1. KEEP TICKETS FOR 2021 - If you'd like to keep your tickets for 2021, you will not need to do anything! Your mobile ticket will soon be updated with the appropriate date and you're good to go for CMF 2021. 

 

2. FULL REFUND - The email that was sent to you has a click through link to receive a refund... No phone call necessary... 

***REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR 30 DAYS... (through June 18th) 

Tickets Purchased Thru a 3rd Party 

If you purchased your tickets through a 3rd party vendor or Festival Group, you will need to reach out to them directly to obtain info regarding their ticket policies etc... PLEASE NOTE we are not in any way affiliated with any 3rd party ticket sellers and therefore cannot speak to their rules/regulations regarding refund requests...
