Bus parking will be available at Hilltop North located at612 W Mehring Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202 during the Cincinnati Music Festival.
Presale bus parking passes are available for $50 per day. Bus parking purchased on the day of the event will be $70 per day, subject to availability.
Additional parking information, including purchasing details and event-day procedures, will be announced closer to the festival. Please check our website and official social media channels for updates.
ONLY CLEAR BAGS SMALLER THAN 12x12x6" WILL BE PERMITTED, OR SMALL CLUTCH PURSE SMALLER THAN 4 1/2 X 6 1/2"
This includes all purses, briefcases, binocular cases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer or camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size and guidelines
To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to Paycor Stadium, guests will not be permitted to bring the following items into the stadium:
Bags that do not adhere to the NFL Clear Bag Policy
All coolers (unless medically required)
Thermal containers
Beverage containers (bottles and cans, except unopened bottled water)
Alcoholic beverages
Food (except for medical/dietary needs)
Animals (except service animals)
Tobacco products, including cigarettes and cigars, or any related paraphernalia
E-cigarettes, vaping devices, and related paraphernalia
Illegal substances
Marijuana in any form or any related paraphernalia
Weapons, fireworks and flammable objects
Mace or pepper spray
Sticks, bats, poles, clubs and selfie sticks
Noisemakers
Confetti
Obscene or indecent clothing
Photo cameras with lenses exceeding 6 inches (including attached/extendable lenses or cases)
Video cameras
Recording equipment
Tripods and monopods
Segways or motorized scooters (mobility devices are allowed)
Strollers
Umbrellas
Chairs
Remote-controlled aircraft and drones
Aerosol cans (including spray sunscreen cans)
Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate
Note: Prohibited items that are discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or be discarded. No item may be left at the gate. All other items that enter the stadium are subject to a visual search.
ADA guests can be dropped off at the curb cut-out along Central Ave. between West Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way providing direct access to Gate A. ADA guests can also be dropped-off or picked-up at the corner of Race St. and Freedom Way, just outside E + O Kitchen, providing direct access to Gate D.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are delivered directly to your Ticketmaster account and can be accessed through the Ticketmaster app or website.
Tickets purchased through the Cincinnati Music Festival office are available as hard copy tickets and may either be mailed to you or picked up at Will Call, depending on your purchase method and timing.

For tickets purchased through the Cincinnati Music Festival office, hard copy tickets are typically delivered without issue. However, mail delivery times can occasionally vary. If you have not received your tickets within a few weeks of placing your order, please contact our office. Our team will be happy to assist you and help arrange replacement tickets if necessary.
While some third-party resellers may market tickets as multi-day packages, Cincinnati Music Festival and Ticketmaster do not offer official ticket packages that include multiple festival days.
Tickets are sold separately for each day of the festival. If you plan to attend multiple days, you will need to purchase a ticket for each day you wish to attend.
If available, you may purchase seats in the same location for multiple nights, allowing you to enjoy a consistent viewing experience throughout the festival weekend.
