Where can buses park during the Cincinnati Music Festival?

Bus parking will be available at Hilltop North located at612 W Mehring Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202 during the Cincinnati Music Festival.

Presale bus parking passes are available for $50 per day. Bus parking purchased on the day of the event will be $70 per day, subject to availability.

What is the bag policy at CMF?

ONLY CLEAR BAGS SMALLER THAN 12x12x6" WILL BE PERMITTED, OR SMALL CLUTCH PURSE SMALLER THAN 4 1/2 X 6 1/2"This includes all purses, briefcases, binocular cases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer or camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size and guidelines

What items am I NOT allowed to bring into CMF?

To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to Paycor Stadium, guests will not be permitted to bring the following items into the stadium:

Bags that do not adhere to the NFL Clear Bag Policy
All coolers (unless medically required)
Thermal containers
Beverage containers (bottles and cans, except unopened bottled water)
Alcoholic beverages
Food (except for medical/dietary needs)
Animals (except service animals)
Tobacco products, including cigarettes and cigars, or any related paraphernalia
E-cigarettes, vaping devices, and related paraphernalia
Illegal substances
Marijuana in any form or any related paraphernalia
Weapons, fireworks and flammable objects
Mace or pepper spray
Sticks, bats, poles, clubs and selfie sticks
Noisemakers
Confetti
Obscene or indecent clothing
Photo cameras with lenses exceeding 6 inches (including attached/extendable lenses or cases)
Video cameras
Recording equipment
Tripods and monopods
Segways or motorized scooters (mobility devices are allowed)

Note: Prohibited items that are discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or be discarded. No item may be left at the gate. All other items that enter the stadium are subject to a visual search.

Where is ADA drop off/pickup?

Recommended ADA Drop-Off & Pick-Up (Preferred Location)
For the quickest access and volunteer assistance, ADA guests are encouraged to use the drop-off/pick-up location at the corner of Race Street and Freedom Way, just outside E+O Kitchen, providing direct access to Paycor Stadium. This location will have dedicated ADA volunteers available to assist guests to all seating areas.

Additional ADA Drop-Off & Pick-Up Option
ADA guests may also be dropped off or picked up at the curb cut-out along Central Avenue between West Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way, providing direct access to Paycor Stadium. Guests using this location can expect a longer route to their seating area.

No, this will not be allowed without an official obtained media pass from us. If you are caught recording any part of CMF you will be asked to leave.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are delivered directly to your Ticketmaster account and can be accessed through the Ticketmaster app or website.

Tickets purchased through the Cincinnati Music Festival office are available as hard copy tickets and may either be mailed to you or picked up at Will Call, depending on your purchase method and timing.

For tickets purchased through the Cincinnati Music Festival office, hard copy tickets are typically delivered without issue. However, mail delivery times can occasionally vary. If you have not received your tickets within a few weeks of placing your order, please contact our office. Our team will be happy to assist you and help arrange replacement tickets if necessary.

Do you sell a 3 Day Pass?

While some third-party resellers may market tickets as multi-day packages, Cincinnati Music Festival and Ticketmaster do not offer official ticket packages that include multiple festival days.

Tickets are sold separately for each day of the festival. If you plan to attend multiple days, you will need to purchase a ticket for each day you wish to attend.

If available, you may purchase seats in the same location for multiple nights, allowing you to enjoy a consistent viewing experience throughout the festival weekend.
